Artist Bio

          Andrea Salcedo is a Bay Area–based mixed media artist working primarily in painting and photography. Her work explores emotional connection through both abstract and realistic portrayals, often blurring the line between the two. She is currently pursuing a degree in Art Studio and Art History at the University of California, Davis. Her latest body of work examines what songs and sounds might look like, translated into a visual language through a series of expressive oil paintings. Andrea believes in the power of emotional resonance—inviting viewers not only to connect with her art but also to engage with one another through shared emotional experiences.
